Our story

Why we started Mirach

Mirach Enterprises (SMC-Private) Limited was founded in 2023 by Sultan Zubair Hassan and is registered under the Companies Act 2017, with its head office in Johar Town, Lahore.

We set out to give organisations a single, dependable partner for the work that keeps their buildings running: the cleaning, the people, the supplies and the response when something goes wrong.

Today we serve clients across ten industries through two divisions: Facility Support Services and Workforce & Supply.

Our vision

To be the first call organisations make for everything that keeps them running, so that wherever Mirach works, everything simply works. We aim to set the standard for reliable, honest and well-managed site services, first across Pakistan and then beyond.

Our mission

To take care of the work behind the work, with trained people, site-specific plans and results our clients can verify for themselves, while giving our own workforce fair pay, proper training and a safe, respectful place to work.

When we started Mirach Enterprises, we made one promise: we would look after every site as if it were our own.

That promise still shapes how we work. We take time to understand each client before we act, and we build plans around the realities of the site rather than a template. We invest in training our people, because the quality of our service depends on them. And we report honestly, even when the news is not what anyone wants to hear.
